O/T - Exhaust work

Just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere locally who will be able to manufacture (or ideally, have in stock), a tail piece for a motorhome exhaust?
The original exhaust fitted to the base van lies within the profile of the side of the original van, but it's a coachbuilt motorhome so has (had) an extension piece which took it out toward the new, wider body, and angled the gases downwards - it's this piece which I'm after.

About 200mm in length and interior diameter needs to be 56mm.

Long shot I know - but worth an ask!!

Sorry, for some unknown reason I keep on calling him Phil and he works down the right hand side of the main garage
Was going to ask him to prepare a raspy back box for the works Honda

Graham is the boss/owner...Phil does the clever work down the right hand side as Oldhamade says.
