I need a building surveyed in Morecambe prior to property purchase.
Any recommendations? Preferably someone who supports the club, although doing a proper job is more important!

Also, thinking Wright & Lord for the purchase on the basis of their association with the club?

My son James Leech is a surveyor and is a Shrimps season ticket holder. He works for a good firm - Lea Hough.

Keith, my advice is to use Phil if he's offering. He'll never organise the billing

While we're on the subject, (and as Keith started it!!) does anyone know of a structural engineer type person? we want to alter the kitchen & it's going to involve RSJs (or whatever they're called these days!) here & there, or will it?? that's what we need to find out. I know it's not going to be the cheapest thing we've ever done, but it needs doing.
