Nottingham Forest have announced ticket prices for their Carling Cup first round meeting with Morecambe at The City Ground on August 13 (kick-off 7.45pm).

Tickets will be priced at £12 for adults; £6 for seniors (aged 60 and above) and £3 for under 16s for the first ever competitive meeting between the two sides.

The club plan to initially open the Main Stand only for Forest fans, which means season tickets will not have their usual seat reserved for them and seats will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Excellent pricing policy :D

Any discounts for students?? Do we need to buy these tickets in advance to get these prices? Are we in the usual away end or in the main stand with all the locals?

Dont forget the Indies are taking a coach to this one.

£15 (up front), leaving the York at 1pm (bar open 11pm).

This time we WILL have time to visit Hooters Bar before the game.

Coach is filling up quickly - get in soon to avoid dissapointment.

I emailed Forest and the reply was 'Unfortunately there will be no student concessions for this fixture.'

have you been on holiday? We've missed your hilarious, rapier like wit. Your never ending ability to fashion a put down out of nothing, your extensive ability to err... use the same 'small club' reference in every one of your posts...

We're small, we know it, we're Second Division because we're good enough.
You're HUGE, we know it, you're Second Division because you're crap.

Even after all this time, I still can't see why you are bragging about that?

I'd forgotten about the foe button but had to have a peek.

Yes, I agree Keith. I mean, surely it's rather embarrassing to have to come on a Morecambe FC board giving it large, when only a couple of years ago it was Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United and Leeds who were getting the treatment...

We should take it as a massive compliment actually that such a massive club as Bratfud City should see little Morecambe as a threat. But then the embarrassment factor for jamesh and and the pride for Morecambe supporters is sadly lost on him. Maybe he'll grow another brain cell soon, who knows?
