Is it me?

But I can just picture Ken McKenna going into his back Garden trying to enjoy a short break off this summer and then sitting down putting his feet up and reading this going off it!!!

No defence but that was a RR post from September :?

Jordan Cranston has signed a 2 year deal to remain at the club.

Good to see the positive reasons for signing. Both he and Flemmo referring to the enjoyment of last season and gratitude to Jim. :D

A rumour on twitter says Morecambe are trying to sign Newcastle United fullback Jamie Sterry.

He was released by NUFC in May. He is a right back so if rumour true it may mean Mills isn't signing on which would be a blow.

And in his tweets about his new deal it is mentioned that he will be spending another season with Big Barry Roche so hopefully that's another deal to be announced.

Lets hope Aaron has an injury free season as he is a class act. Best footballer at the club

Excellent news. Again he's signed for all the good reasons. :D

Come on the rest of you! ;)

The squad is really coming together now. Such positive news with JC, and Wildig both re-signing, solid. Good feeling about the coming season.

Another 3 from 7 would be nice

Yes but also important which 3. At present we have no keeper and Mills would be a big loss if he didn't sign.

If we could re-sign the following I would be extremely happy:
- Halstead
- Roche
- Mills
- Mingoia
- Collins
- Bennett/Stockton

Obviously we might not be able to get them all for various reasons, but if we could sign those or equivalent players then we have a very solid and exciting team for next season.

Absolutely N. If those lads( against the odds) all sign, light the blue touch paper, and watch MFC soar. Bring it on.

Dream on guys ;) If we got all those I'd be ecstatic!!

Can't see us getting Collins or Bennet and I'm very worried about Mills.

I am most worried over Mills. He's not from this area and Jim mentioned something about players moving nearer home. Also there is a rumour of Jim looking to sign another right back that has been at Newcastle.

I’m happy to dream, until things are official. Ecstatic, just about covers it, if they do stay with The Shrimps. 8-) 8-)

The player moving nearer home was Vadaine, Mills seemed pretty positive at the end of the season, but can’t blame him for shopping around.

Agree with you with those names. I don´t see Collins signing back on, even though I think it´d be a wise move to do another 12-18 months with us to learn his trade with regular football before making a step up. Whilst I´d be delighted if he did, I back Jim to be hunting around other unwanted players to unearth a gem or two. Remember, how Jim got him in the first place? He chased him down whilst he was a bit of unknown quantity after a number of not so earth shattering loan spells and having been released by Wolves. Whatever Aaron decides, good luck to him. I've heard Australia´s not a bad spot.

It´s great to hear the players signing on all seem to be mentioning what a great dressing room we have at the moment.

I don’t know who is Mandeville’s agent but his career seems in free fall- League 1 to League to Nationwide. Chasing the money is one thing but surely another season with us was a better move? There is a real danger he will drift out of football without him achieving his full potential. Very sad.

Mongolia still has a season left at Accy. I'd love to see him back, but could we afford to break his contract, or take him on a season's loan.

Just because we're rumoured to be in for another R/B, might just mean Zac Mills playing more in center midfield.
