Clear now before the redial , I logged out and in again and it came clear on my ipad

I am having problems with player for the 2nd week running, can anyone help, there is no live help from player themselves

I click to listen live

I get a media bar, click play and the bar looks to have played and no audio

It is not a sound issue as the time isn't going up. Must have a froze server?

if time is not moving there is defo a diff issue, try loading it again, click play, if still not moving try pressing play again, if that does not work try a different browser, also check you have the latest Microsoft Silverlight installed.
