Well Sheffield United aren't making plans for Nigel.

They have just sacked him following the loss in the play-offs to Swindon.

He took over when they were staring at relegation to our division.

A good manager. The game has gone mad :o :o

the Sam Allerdyce Brand of football(long ball) is an interesting one, what some Morecambe fans can relate their frustrations to.

ie. all his Managerial career just playing one big target man upfront like Heskey or Kevin Davis or Andy Carroll.

before the start of the season it is believed the Board had a word with BIG SAM and the quality of football being played

but despite getting West Ham back in the premier league and established mid-table it was not enough to save his job

PS and Sam Allardyce's playing position as a player, was an uncompromising Defender.
