Luton v Hartlepool
Hartlepool v Exeter
Carlisle v Hartlepool

Tranmere v Oxford
Plymouth v Tranmere
Tranmere v Bury

Northampton v Cheltenham
Cheltenham v Shrewsbury
Wimbledon v Cheltenham

I think with Tranmere having two home games they might just survive so going for Cheltenham and Hartlepool to go down

If Carlisle are safe on the last day they'll roll over for Harrlepool.

Tranmere can't score and have tough remaining fixtures. Them and Cheltenham to drop, or as is for me.

I think that Hartlepool will unfortunately just drop back a bit and go down with Cheltenham
Tranmere to survive by the skin of their teeth

The last day when Hartlepool go to Carlisle and Bury go to Tranmere will be very juicy

Mathematically 2 of 3 to go from 'artlepool, Nerso's lot and Tranny.

Tranmere's confidence looks to be in tatters. Things could really turn nasty on the last game of the season at Prenton Park if they go down.

Tranmere & Cheltenham look doomed.

Not surprised Tranmere are struggling ... They have had 14 managers in 14 years

They should have appointed Jim Harvey when they had chance to.

They will have someone for the 2 games left.

If they are saved then that person will be appointed.

If they go down , would Jim want to go to a Conference club.

I doubt that Jim would take it but you never know in football especially when they have a bigger budget, more money to offer Jim in wages & it being on his doorstep. Jim has kept us in the league since he became manager but if he did get offered this chance then it would be probably be hard to turn down. Think Tranmere need a experienced manager for the last two games such as Neil Warnock or Ian Dowie to give them a chance of staying up.

i could see the move very appealing to Jim, with being a Liverpudlian, even if they get relegated, what a catchment area and should have more money to spend?

and may think a change is as good as a rest.

I can't see Jim wanting to swap PMG as his Chairman for Mark Palios (who has already sacked a couple of managers!)

 but Jim if sacked will still get a compensation payout, aswell as the remainder of his contract, so he will not losing out on money.

If he gets offered more in wages on his own doorstep it would be very hard for Jim to turn it down. It also depends if he gets offered more money for players which we can't offer him. Can see the playing budget being a lot less than last season with the crowds dwindling.

Former Shrimp Shaun Garnett placed in temporary charge.

Quite possible that Tranmere could see Jimbo as the ideal one to take on 'one hell of a job' BUT question would be would PMG release Jimbo and more importantly would Jimbo want to manage what could be a Conference club with promotion the only stipulation I would expect to keep his job.... :?: :?: :?:

I for one doubt that even the attraction of possibly more money would tempt our management team at this particular time and I for one would hate to see him take on a lower league team.

But they are still a bigger club than us even if they get relegated or not so to any manager it will appeal to them. I remember them in the Championship so we don't know if this would appeal to Jim or not if he was offered the position. At the end of the day money talks which we don't clearly have at present.
