What a joke ...We could be drawn away against Everton for example at there training ground ???

Will it be a reserve team then? Will they have to play/be limited in playing first team players?

It makes a mockery of competition.
Are all the clubs that voted in favour, hoping for massive gates playing the likes of Manchester United B?

Will Football League clubs be given home advantage against the "B" sides ?
There wouldn't be much gate to share from playing one of these clubs on their training ground.
