Another much vaunted non league striker who couldn't cut the mustard? After all the rhetoric on here in pre season about how he could be our goalscoring saviour, had we signed him and he hadn't done well and WE'D have loaned him back, it would have been another Sammy flop signing according to some people. Ok that's a little harsh and perhaps stretching the point a little, but the point is it just goes to show that the club do scout players and despite what we think, they bring in the players they believe will do a job so if we don't sign someone we think they should, it's probably because they don't think that, on balance they're good enough, or they won't come here for whatever reason. From what I read last time out, was it the case that Harvey was offered a trial last time out?
