& £8.00 for adults & £ 2.50 for kids who don't have a ticket
I'm sure that would attract a bigger gate than 2000

Does this mean that the players will get paid twice?

Jesus here we go already about poor PR.....
It's not up to the club about reducing the entry price is it?
£10 sounds about right to me, but if i have to pay the full price...so be it.

I must apologise to you and your noble gentlemen acquaintances for offering you such poor weather on your visit today to our humble northern town, but I sincerely hope that you can find it within yourself to return one day (or even next Tuesday) and I would be willing to pay the cost of your entry to our ground as I feel strongly that you and your friends must have borne considerable expense with this unfortunate postponement.
Thankyou for attending today and the very best of luck in your future league games this season.

Morecambe could have snow, tornado and a big earth quake for all I care. I won't be attending.
