Tues Feb 12th 2008, the date of our last away league victory at Mansfield. Tell Me Is It True?

In that time we have had Many Rivers To Cross. Where Did I Go Wrong? Surely we are due another? 13 league games have passed by and yet we remain fruitless. Not even One in Ten. 275 days yet Love is All is All Right!

C'mon shrimps Please Don't Make me Cry, Don't Break My Heart, Don't Let It Pass you By. I Won't Close My Eyes!

2-1 shrimps, Carlton brace 8-)

Interesting people are tipping Drummy to score. Just had an office discussion on this very topic and we agreed that the presence of Danny tormenting defenders (whether he scores himself or not) will, we hope, create space in behind for players like Drummy to exploit.

The last words I uttered were: "I'm not sure if Danny will score a bagful while he's with us but I wouldn't be surprised if Drummy gets a few."

I predict we'll nick a win by the odd goal - 1-2, (scorers Carlton, put on to a one-on-one via a neat through ball from O'Carroll in the 23rd minute and Bentley, header from a Stanners free kick after 56 minutes).

Chester to get one back after 63 minutes but then have a player sent off for a second bookable offence.

Attendance: 1,683 (247 from Morecambe)

(Drummy to get one against Exeter while they're all marking DC.)
