I couldn't agree more. With finances tightening I think it's more important than ever that our Academy brings new talent forward.

Bury boss Alan Knill has reminded fans how much League Two clubs rely on producing their own players.
The Shakers are in the top five after the first 10 games with the Gigg Lane boss lifting the September manager of the month award.
He told BBC Radio Manchester: "This league is a developing league where you bring young players in.
"You have to bring talent through your own youth system. I think that is the way to make your club stronger."
He added: "This whole league is about that, developing young players. There are very few teams - probably about three or four - that have a load of money.
"Those four will probably be up there at the end of the season and, for the rest, it's just a case of developing as well as we can.
"Can we develop players or will we have to sell? The question is: can we develop players and be successful at the same time?"
