As I said... err, to myself... 'the reason you are probably still unable to log in is because you've messed it up so often, there will be a 'captcha' to enter, those funny looking number and letter things. If you enter them, exactly as you see them, then it will work fine.'
Obviously, I totally ignored the advice that I gave myself and instead, once again, e-mailed that nice admin bloke, Keith, to complain that it still doesn't work. Fortunately, I logged in as myself and found that it was exactly as I said and it was one of those captcha things, so I entered that, for myself, and found it all worked fine.
Now all I need is for me to read this and see that it works. Then I can log in. This time, I won't need the captcha because I've already done it for myself. All I need to do is remember I'm a numpty who can't follow simple instructions and I'll be fine.
