try the cark in cartmel chilli company they have some blasters there one they sell by drops lol

Arson Fire is tasty but not as lethal as it sounds. Tonsil Blaster is far hotter but it's one of those relish that taste nice for the first 10 seconds, then it bites. I'll give the ark a try next time I need a clearout.

went to holker food festival before xmas and got
chilli chocolate
chilli jam
fellwalkers relish all lovely

go on a sunday morning or any day really when you can try all the pickles they supply the crackers lol

Leighton Hall Craft Fair near Carnforth in September is always good for stuff like that in the food tent Sean.

My mum always has chilli jam in the fridge. Goes well with a beef sandwich and a packet of crisps.
