I suspect that an announcement would be made by a Press Conference at The Globe as has been the way of other important issues.

I'd made arrangements to have a Cherry Picker positioned alongside the Community block so as I could get a direct view into the Boardroom. Unfortunately the Ground Security guys felt otherwise and refused its entry into the Globe complex.
