Don't know what to make of this from Lord Triesman, its obviously been denied by Mr Jack Warner but I'm not sure you could make this stuff up

Every word of accusation true I reckon. Bent as owt a lot of them and unless something changes it won't be long before the major footballing nations take it onto their own hands and start their own world cup event, deciding between them where it will be staged.

Look carefully at what Warner says and it sounds very much like 'yes I said it all but I know I only said it to him, he has no witnesses so it's his word against mine'.

The upcoming FIFA election will show how corrupt the organisation is. Everyone in football has the opinion that Sepp Blatter is a bit of a clown and isn't progressive enough (goal line technology etc.) yet he'll somehow win the next election despite his opponent seeming to be the ideal replacement. Jack Warner pretty much controls the block of CONCACAF's votes so if Sepp Blatter has a quiet word with Warner and brushes these allegations under the carpet that's votes for Blatter. Similarly with the two South American's Lord Triesman mentioned, Blatter could secure the South American block with a nudge nudge wink wink.

It seems to be the norm in FIFA. To further complicate things with this upcoming election, Platini (head of UEFA) wants the FIFA job when the elections come round again in 2015. So in true FIFA style, he's told everyone in UEFA to vote for Blatter so he has a better chance of getting elected.
