On a matchday, there is almost always this one particular song played.

My mother likes it, so I said I would find out what it is called

All I know is it is an instrumental - it kinda reminds me of the birdy song

Anybody any ideas from that poor description

Class song that! I think we should get a song when we score, like vale's "glad all over" if anyone went to port vale they will have heard it alot like me! But it was great even we where signing a long with it when they scored!

That's OK we can take a motorhome trip for 3 weeks and watch a Port Vale game while we are over there

I got a phone call fro Club Captain, Jim Bentley who requested this exact piece of music along with 'Gonna Fly Now' (Rocky theme tune) for the run out.

Jimbo was hoping that fans would clap the way the Northampton fans did and that it would add to the atmosphere.

In that case when Jim is installed in some capacity I am sure we will clap along eh?

I'm sure everyone noticed that the Cobblers fans on Saturday were clapping solidly and having fun with that on each of the four beats at the end of each part of it - we should do that as a warm up for the crowd before a game, it would start the home end rocking a bit more next season.

My son (who is doing A Level Music) spends the whole 5 minutes and 4 seconds of the track disecting it and telling me "to just listen to the many differing musical genres within the track" !!! that he is !!
