Longest run without a win

Looking at northamptons dismal run I was just wondering what the record was for a new manager before his team won a game....i may be wrong but dont thing gary johnson as won a game at northampton yet in over 20 ????

I don't think Gary Johnson has managed them for the entire winless run. Ian Sampson did quite a few before Johnson got the job.
I remember the night Sampson was sacked , the Northampton chairman was on Sky Sports News saying they had made the change so that they might still make the play-offs !

He has managed their last 10 games, drawn 6, lost 4
They hav'nt won in 18 games since they beat Crewe 6.2.!!
Drawn 12 lost 6....
Lincoln, who have done us over twice, have lost 7 and drawn 2 of the last 9
