It means that it's not rent
, they borrowed £2.25M from Stoke Council in 2006 to pay off existing debt. 2 years ago they were only required to pay the interest on a monthly basis, now they have to pay the full amount monthly which may just cock up their cash flow a little.It gave you chance to bump your post anyway
