Yes don't encourage me to take the tickets off heysham_mfc? Which I did. Making the tickets gone. Ceasing mfc8R0's interest. Don't think i am like any of the wind up merchants on here who post nothing productive.

I hope all, or nearly all at least, that have one of the 4000 tickets are able to and do turn up. I know originally people were able to get their money back but with the price of them, certainly at 50p its not worth collecting it. Don't want empty seats in front of the TV cameras so make sure you get there. Will be great to see some talent at the Globe :D

Really looking forward to this tonight.

A combination of my first time ever in the PMG Stand, and to be honest, the thought of being able to go to a game at The Globe and be able to RELAX and ENJOY it, and not get myself so wound up inside about on pitch matters !!!

Roll on my 10 minute walk to the ground !!!! :D :D :D

There will be empty seats, I know of a group that orginally were coming but aren't now.
Not sure what happened to the tickets though.

Disapointing attendance...

Was impressed by England's #3, will have a look into who he is tomorrow.

No.9 (lpool lad) and no.16 will do very nicely thank you. How wonderfully refreshing to watch the beautiful game at the Globe. I think only one ball needed replacing

Couldn't believe how many empty seats there were tonight !! Shedloads of people were evidently unable to make the re-arrangement !!

Well impressed with both the number 2 (Lescott lookalike, plays for City too!) and also number 3, Luke Shaw ( ;) ) of Southampton.

Perkins lookalike.I thought it was a good game.A lot of movement off the ball and plenty of pace.I thought number 5 and 6 played well for england in defence.

Really liked the Southampton left back and, from his first touch of the ball, the tall number 5 - Inniss from Palace.

But, for me, the undisputed star of the night - or should I say the 'sierra tango alpha romeo' - was the match announcer.

Take a bow Lima Echo Sierra - fantastic stuff!
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!
