Pretty much what I would have picked, Shame Crapaldi isn't on the bench. Glad to see Roche

No room for long balls there. Hopefully playing it on the deck. 100% from everyone and that's a good team. No passengers any more.

Sounds like a bright start. Stockport are winning.

Wilson off injured.

Hunter foul gave away a penalty which was duly dispatched after 35 minutes, then two minutes later and it was 0-2. "Morecambe switched off for a moment"

A bright start perhaps but nothing from it. A few minutes earlier and it should have been a penalty for us after Carlton was dragged back, then Ainsworth took a bit of a dive and the ref gives them one.

Any way back?

If it wasn't all over before, it definitely is now. Meanwhile our friends in East Lancashire are 1 point off the play off places.

Glen just suggested on The Bay that we might as well 'go for it' in the second half and we it doesn't matter if we lose 'by six or seven' but go down trying. While I would normally agree with him, as it stands our goal difference is -14 while Barnet's is -22. Those eight goals could be all that separates us from them come the end of the season. They are nine points behind us with one game in hand.

Hope Chesterfield batter Barnet this evening to keep our breathing space. Not what I was expecting to be worrying about with nine games left

Second half was much brighter. We played really well, hit the bar, had one cleared off the line and had a long chip saved somehow..

Jevons looked good, Shuker did when he came on. Parrish yet again an absolute rock.

On the downside. The ref was once again, an absolute tit! Ainsworth bursts into the box, helps it on with his hand. Goes down and somehow gets a penalty. I honestly don't know.
A mix up between Charnock and Parrish cost us for the second, neither went for it. Dont know why.. :(

Positive second half but God that was crap.

2nd was Hunter losing the ball I think you will find and then he couldn't catch the player (37 years old Gareth Ainsworth).

I think the watching Stanners must have been glad he wasnt involved in that farce of a match.

A bright start till they got the penalty, which was a penalty. A player being clipped at the pace Ainsworth ran in is always going to have a great chance at getting a pen. Soft pen, but fair.

Hunter at fault for both goals I think. He had a terrible game. Aley had a terrible game, truly awful, but understandable giving the little time he has had. McCready poorer than he usually is. A defence chopped and changed and you could tell. Parrish immense as always.

After the 2nd went in they passed around us and played us like we were kids.

Don't forget Wycombe are one of the strongest teams in here and just ex-league one. We should expect nothing from this game and if we got something, great.

Overall, 3 home defeats on the bounce, scoring 1 scrappy goal is terrible. We are safe, but lucky there are teams worse than us. Roll on the long boring football-less summer and management & player changes.

At £400 a win, I don't think I am getting my money worth.

I think he tried too hard and his league debut got to him.

However plenty of time for him to impress.

I somehow think that if Cowps was given a chance to impress he'd grab it with both hands having seen him in the reserves on numerous occassions.
