How To Show Your Support

Postby MFC Club Shop » Fri Mar 25, 2011 3:23 pm

The club shop has taken delivery of some St George cross hand flags which will be on sale tomorrow for the England V Wales game and for the U16 England V Scotland game next Wednesday. These are high quality polyester flags with a wooden poles and are only £2.00! Available in the club shop tomorrow and we will be selling them around the ground next Wednesday.

It would look amazing to have the Globe full next Wednesday with the red and white crosses flying high all over the stands.

Cheers

I am pleased our Club allow flags in on poles. I was talking to an older gentleman the other night who went to Barnet last week carrying his flag on a "stick" and he wasn't allowed in with it. He insisted he could have done more damage in the ground with his flask of coffee but they confiscated it off him anyway :o

I see the England fans travelling to the Millenium stadium are taking inflatable sheep.

The authorities have tried to Baa them without success:

Have you any of these Phill?

Hi

Tickets for the Eng V Scot game will be available on the gate but if you can get a group of 15 or more people then tickets are only 50p each! These have to be bought before the game. Normal price is £3.00 adult and £1.00 Juniors/Consessions. An absolute bargain.

Here is a pic of the Flags I have for this game.

So if there's 3 of you going, you buy 15 tickets and save £1.50?

I suppose you could look at it like that or you could look at it as denying others of a space and also any money taken for this game goes to the FA to promote and encourage young English/Scottish talent which we all know is very much needed in the EnglishScottish leagues.

Tick Tock, easily wound up. If you can point me to an online advert for the match with all the details, I'll spread the word around my offices and social web sites. I've tried clicking the more option on the MFC site news section but it comes up with things like:
