Does anyone know if there is going to be a pitch inspection today due to the bad weather ......

hammered it down for about three hours this morning. Very windy now but not raining.

For those new to the forum, Oracle has probably spent the best part of the morning working on the pitch. If oracle says it's OK, trust him.

The pitch was cut and marked out yesterday so apart from picking up a bit of paper etc from it I have been mainly where it is dry in the Press Box and the Main Stand.

It is pissing down at the moment.
lets hope it is not like the darlington match last year,called off after i5 minutes.

I agree, but believe it or not someone was almost in tears last time that happenned and started bleating on......

Anyone coming from Chesterfield would have made their mind up and set off before this thread was put up, Anyone from Morecambe who is put off by a little rain is not bothered anyway and would find any reason not to come.

I changed the title Adding the words 'NO Need For' and sat back smug thinking 'nice discrete job'. Then you came along. Causing mischief. Again.
