Road to Wembley - a Mark S / Gnasher production

Road to Wembley - a Mark S / Gnasher production

Times like this you might need something to put a smile back on your faces and help you remember where we came from and what we're capable of.

A photo montage put together post Wembley, photos from nearly all the matches that season plus Wembley and the awards party with music added by Mark S.

It's the full, 1 hour 8 minute version, enjoy.

31 mins is a good starting point ;) and 39:27 has far more meaning than some may realise.

Brian,

would you mind getting in touch regarding the cub being able to use a couple of the images used from the Wembley day.

Thank you

Cast this off to the dusty archives Brian for the likes of it will never be seen again with this present lot
Until the club unearth another Jim Bentley type character to show strength and leadership on the field I see little improvement for the foreseeable future

Copies of the DVD went worldwide, even to Barrow. It's a reminder of what Morecambe FC are capable of achieving although I doubt anyone would want to see another conference promotion scrap :o

That has brought back so many memories. Not only of the spirit of that season but the whole Play off / Wembley/ Celebration experience. The time it took to lovingly choose the right music and try to get the timings right to compliment the images was a labour of love. Jimbo still talks about this video now.

If you get chance to watch this please do. It may just respark and underpin your love of the club. If you dont have much time, watch the last 40 minutes.

Happy days. Thanks Brian. :D

And BTW it was a Gnasher production with music by Mark S. I was glad to help. This is what inspired me to do so many others.

Class, almost wish we were back down there...almost.

Seriously, who would give up Lg 2 fighting for survival, for BSP promotion chase every season?
Theres no question personally, i would never wanna go back down, but i am interested to know who would honesly rather be a big fish in a small pond....? Those stills bring back great memories and seriously make me consider it.

Twissy at his best at Christie will be my memory of MFC....at least for now but after 12 years they b my memories.. i am however only still 22!

Over 2,000 photos on final day alone. From my point of view pitch side, the memorable moments aren't during the match. Blue balloons at York was amazing and swamping the service station with a sea of red on the way home with a handful of bemused pensioners wondering WTF is going on.

( All Wembley photos are currently uploading to flickr, going to take a long time but keep checking http://www.flickr.com/photos/baysnapper ... 355108560/ )

Let's bring back all those happy faces to The Globe for the remainder of the season and keep all the venim towards individuals for another time.

Survival is all that really matters now!

Superb memories that other clubs can only dream of. Thanks Gnasher.
