Reading are to sign Hereford striker Manset for £440,000.

Proven strikers at our level are a rarity; just as are proven wing men who can beat their man and put in decent crosses.

I suspect that both Hereford and ourselves will find it difficult to recruit suitable replacements!

Was seeing this yesterday and now some hereford fans think that is their season over because the star striker has gone.

And now will get relegated me i do not think so .

I think it be Barnet and Stockport ?

Maybe Hereford can use say 50k on another center forward?

would be intresting to know how long Manset had left on his contract ie. if Duffy had signed a longer deal with us before the start of the season i bet the transfer fee would be have been a lot more

Looks like they've accepted 440,000 to start re-building to ty to get back in the league next year. They won't stay up now

This is like the Mark Duffy transfer as in Mark Duffy was our best midfielder like like the Hereford striker .

Does that mean after us selling Duffy we are looking now into next season or just use some of that cash for a new player that is what i wanted and sure Hereford will get a loan signing before the Morecambe game
