5 Games Un-beaten now. Things looking brighter
Posted: Sat Sep 27, 2008 4:42 pm5 Games unbeaten now picking up 2 away points which is always good no matter who we are playing. Stanley back in the side and scored a goal today which will do his confidence a great deal to hopefully be the engine he was at the beginning of last season. If im no mistaken we've scored in every league game this season so obviously were starting to lose that "our finishing has let us down once again". This also meaning were creating a lot of chances, seeing that there has been a few doom and gloomers on here i'm actually happy and positive that we could still have a really great season if we manage to create some good form at home. Twissy according to SS had a great game today which again could turn his season round and could turn him into what Baker was last season, our playmaker (he has more than enough quality on his day to do this). The only concern is that we conceeded another goal today and defending is the main thing we need to brush up on. Hope everyone is starting to feel a bit more positive, yes we didn't win but we're improving every match and picking up points in the mean time.
