Hi everyone,

Just a quick message from everyone here at Morecambe FC Community Sports: we've got a new 5-a-side League starting up soon and thought people on here might be interested! Fixtures are going to be on Wednesday nights, 7.00-8.00. Each game lasts 20 minutes and will be played on our state-of-the-art 3G pitches, and the winner of the league gets a hospitality package at a first team game. As if that's not enough, all players will also receive money-off vouchers for food and drink at the Globe Bar!

Thanks for the post, will be in touch. Which pitch will they be held on, will you make the pitches smaller than the Sunday/Monday league?

How much?

Sammy H: Glad to see you're interested. All the games will be played on five-a-side pitches, so yes they will be smaller than the Monday and Sunday League pitches.

And Ezz, it's going to be £24 per team to enter.

Hope the bar is open to use the money off vouchers.Closed on Mondays after 7 a side matches.

It is very deer compared to the other leagues. £30 and you get twice as much playing time.

Sammy h, has a point....it is quite expensive for only 20 min games...!

I play in the sunday night league, and have entered a side into the new 5 a-side.....if your struggling to get enough teams drop it to £20.00 !

We've now dropped the price down to £20 per team and we're still looking to start this Wednesday, so keep sending us your team sheets! You can also drop into the Community Sports reception to pick up a form and register your squad.
