I notice that Wayne Bridge has been given 36 at West Ham.
Anyone know which players have the highest three number in the Football League?

I'm sure I saw someone come on as a sub in a Premier League game recently wearing 52 or 53 but I could be wrong. :?

The highest number allowed is 99? I recall we have had this question before in the distant past. I remember looking it up and came up with a striker called Zerouali who had the number "0" on his back. There was also a keeper who had No. "618" to show the number of appearances he had made :geek:

Apparently Fabregas has worn 57 in a Cup match and Akinbiyi has 55. Philliskirk at Chelsea has number 60.

Lenny Pidgeley wears number 40 at Bradford, Ross McCormack 44 at Leeds
