1 the badge
2 the name of our new home
3 no junior reds (the futher supporters)
4 no acoustics in the mbw stand
5 poor food outlets
6 no buses to new ground
7 baning away supporters to bar and grill
8 less matchday parking
9 no gazibos drinking beer in rain
lets here from you what you can add to this list
I won't be there, but I hope it is a bit more positive than that! No point in forming something that is just going to be a moan (we've got Shrimpsvoices for that!
) While there may be validity in discussing some of the concerns you've mentioned, if there is little or nothing that can be done, then go swiftly past. For example, the badge & name are here to stay. Acoustics in the MBW can't be changed without re-building. Match day parking is beyond our control as fans and I can't see an easy way of improving that*.
So while there may be some reasonable grumbles worth mentioning, I would say that a positive agenda will bring more people back to future meetings/join up. For example, if the meeting elects a 'club liaison' who can meet with club officials to try and improve communication? The issues with the food (for example) can then be raised directly with the people who have the answers.
*A 'positive' approach to the parking and buses may be to approach Stagecoach or another provider to run 'park & ride'. That may have a positive outcome and cover the parking & bus issues. The car-park at the end of Northumberland Street, next to the old GPO building is hardly used, and is handy for the train station, so perhaps that would be a good 'park & ride'?
