Blackburn to get Ronaldinho?!

Blackburn have put in a £6.2 million pound bid for Ronaldinho and have offered him a 2 and a half year deal on £130,000 a week
?! In October these owners were saying they was only going tto spend £5 million! This would be one of the tranfer stories of the decade!

It'll never happen.
Even the Radio Lancashire sports presenter this afternoon was of the same opinion and was having a laugh about it !!!

True mate, true.
I remember the day ex Liverpool player Alan Kennedy signed for Morecambe. He had previously won EVERY honour going (even the European Cup, Champions League as it is now) and then ended up at Christie Park playing for US !!!!

Wow...i never knew that, thanks for that fact! I think if anything is going to tip this deal, it will be how much he is going to be on, it is a massive amount of money for a team like blackburn to pay a player A WEEK!

Seem to recall there was some argument over Peter getting a winners medal, when some other squad members hadn't received one ? Also seem to recall one of his Liverpool team "mates" stole it from him ??
Peter is still involved in football, at the Westmoreland Football Association. Last saw him in Matalan in Morecambe a couple of years ago !!!

I actually agree with you on that, although I think they will be closer than some people think this season.
