Have adopted a baby boy born on Christmas Day. The most famous gay couple were the first to get married when it became recognised as legal to the much joy of similar minded people . Now they have made this step, no doubt many gay couples will want to follow suit.
This child will never want for anything and have everything sorted. Does he call them Mum and Dad or Dad and Dad? Could be a bit confusing eh?
A minefield in years to come where "mother and child" situations exist

Our local sweet shop should get them down the prom in a few years time. I'm sure there will be a market for crocodile rock

Yes I would before you say something that will be deleted!
Good article here on the legal stuff. In his Piers interview he made the point that he has always paid British taxes so when the government take this into account I'm sure they will let the child into the country

not right though is it, they were never able to potentially have a naturally born baby together, no problem with gay couples, but this is plainly wrong.

What concerns me most about this story is that the poor child will be forced in to some unnatural act...

We have female friends in same sex marriages that have had children through artificial insemination, the kids are a few years old now,
they are just normal kids, what can you say?
The only news worthy thing about this story is that it's 'Sir Elton John'.

Ditto. But there should be an upper age limit to the 'parents' on these adoptions. The kids will be brought up by nannies, and put 'on show' as fashion accessories as and when.

My wife says that my lad is going to support Man U
If ever my lad turns up in a Man U shirt, I will kick him out of the house and he can go and live with Elton.

Song for Guy was dedicated to a dispatch rider that Elton John knew who was knocked off his motorbike and killed.
Elton John is playing on the Isle of Man next summer. I'm not a big fan but thought about going until I found out it was £60+ for a ticket

nothing against two lesbians bringing up children together, Mothers are made that way, but two men straight or gay, no way.

Confirming once again that you are a prize pr**k! There's absolutely nothing wrong with a gay couple having children, nothing whatsoever! Besides, by your logic I assume single Dad's should have their children taken off them and put into care if the child's Mother dies or does a runner? Once again, you are talking talking boll***s!

Happy new year!

Oh of course he is. As are we all. However, he's managed to be both homophobic and sexist in one fell swoop. Impressive as that may be, it's hardly an opinion that really has a place in modern society.
