Shrimpnsave, just put the keyboard down mate, we can talk about this, can't we?
Gazza's coming down soon with a dressing gown, some chicken, bread , lager and a fishing rod
for you.
We know people have been winding you up, it's alright lad, we're on your side.
Everyone on SV's is thinking of you now, you know how much they think of you.
Come on pal, look, I'll start putting my keyboard down slowly and you can put yours down
when you're ready.
Nobody is going to hurt you, pal. Nobody wants that, do they?
We all want to help, give us the chance, come on, hold my hand for a bit.

PSNI sent over 20 of it's new Armoured Landcruisers
Force Helicopter used for 5 full days exclusively on the case
Ambulance service on 24 hours stand by with Paramedics, Incident Unit & Ambulances
Possible use of SAS - [if you believe what some of the media was saying]
Plus countless hours ov overtime for normal police, PCSO's and headquarters staff
Accommodation for the visiting police forces officers

All will no doubt add up to millions of pounds all spent on finding one man who was in the end sat in a tunnel right under their noses!

Far too much abuse for an off topic discussion (or an on topic one for that matter). Thanks to the mod who did the cleaning up over night and to the people who chose the 'report' function rather than joining in.

So how did that work out then?

I'll seek clarification from my fellow moderators as to my decision. However I'm closing this thread after a string of offensive remarks and gratuitous swearing by six individuals. I remind everyone that this board is read by children and a lot of people who simply think swearing is unnecessary. However this thread also included insults aimed at fellow board members, some unjustifiable comments about other bodies and all begun with a drunken rant. Goodbye thread. Like Mr Moat you'll not be missed by the general public.
