Dackers booked even though he got the ball. Bradford players create a fuss, out comes the card.

Phew, a good second half overall, another failure in actually scoring goals. 10th 1-0 defeat.

We have to be more positive in our set up from start of games, players know each other now let’s give them a bit of free reign. 19 games to go, might as well, 6 points adrift, thanks to Swindon’s three late goals.

Another 1-0 loss to a scrappy goal. The lads gave their best, but just not good enough again.
Considering that Bradford beat Walsall 3-0 on Saturday, we contained them well.
The difference in the squads is obvious, they breakout fast and their passes find their own players.
We gave the ball away far too often. At least Tranmere and Carlisle lost, and Newport drew.
Still got to keep believing that we can get some wins.

Played MUCH better in the second half. Let's start with three up front on Saturday and look for a win from the off. One up front just doesn't create enough (any) opportunities. Second half, it took an excellent save to keep us out. We're not getting thumped by anyone, but not scoring will see us go down.

Fleetwood is a MUST WIN, so let's go for it!

Doesn't matter how many we put up front when they can't shoot straight, having said that it's worth a go after repeating the same thing week in week out, but we know it won't happen
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

Ended up enjoying that match despite the frustration of another 1-0 loss with a flukey goal. We played really well in the 2nd half, away against the form team in League Two. Atmosphere in the 2nd half was great as well.

Their number 10 should have had a red for that elbow to the face- annoying thing is he did exactly the same thing earlier in the match to Edwards, I think it was. Just a dirty player.

Tom White maybe had his best game for us I thought. He's fast and is a really hard worker. Max Taylor was super solid at the back as well. Pretty impressive since he's barely played. Tollit was miles off it for whatever reason but at least Derek spotted that and took him off.

Hallam Hope up front really works hard and presses non-stop but it is absolutely pointless swinging crosses in to him when he's marked by 2 big CBs. We seem to either have a tiny guy up top or a big guy who wins headers with nobody playing off him. Maybe Hope and Dackers together would get more results. Also don't understand why we can't play Edwards on the right wing and Adam Lewis on the left. Both good at crossing on their strongest foot.

Generally think we're still a good team but obviously, the table is looking really grim.

You think we're a good team? We're poor and simply don't have the required quality, only a few of these players would get in other league two teams and it's all down to one man

I sit in between the two positions. I don't think we're a good side, but if we had someone who could shoot/finish we'd be top half of League Two. We need Derek to bring in a gem who has been overlooked elsewhere.

Well like I said, we just went to the form team in League Two and we matched them other than giving away a scrappy goal. Yeah, on paper we are rubbish and you're right about none of these players getting into other League Two clubs but we're still playing alright. And yes, we all know whose fault it is.

Most morecambe sides through the years have comprised of a spine of players who are not amazing individually but work hard, with a sprinkling of 3 or 4 ‘gems’ who have a bit of quality.

My view is that we have the first element - the hard working group, but we have no gems. We need to find a couple, and quickly, if we are to even stand a decent chance of staying up.
