You do wonder how we can fail so spectacularly, repeatedly? We could [for example] have closed the shop at 5pm, then had everyone working until [say] 8pm just on phones. Plan ahead and get staff in. I've just been on the FaceBook page. There were four updates from a meaningless game against Carlisle U18's that most people didn't know was happening, and an interview with a sponsor, all posted this afternoon. Why was anyone on FB when they could have been answering phones.
Pointless going through this again tomorrow, when it will be even busier.
As a wheelchair user, I have no choice but to buy tickets by phone (or in person). The only good thing is, we're extremely unlikely to sell our allocation of wheelchair spaces, so they'll (hopefully) still have them at the end of the week, when I can go into the shop in person. At least, they'd better still have space!
