Decent traditional Thai food, but unfortunately spoilt by a rubbish atmosphere and even worse decor! The surroundings don't do justice to the food, which is a shame. I just hope they realise and redecorate before it's too late for them...

Babar elephant or Bombay Balti for Indian food(i cant split the two)

Sweet Zen or the one in Torrisholme for Chinese(same family owners)

for Stakes or Fish Alfredo's the portions are massive and the fish is fresh from Fleetwood and the meat is from a local reputable established butcher, i just wish they did garlic mash like they do at the blue mountain where there stakes are half the size

but for me for good old all-round value grub the Big breakfast on white lund you can go in shit up-to the eye balls in you work gear and have a good feed and read all the daily news papers they have set out and plus have change from a £5 note

Agree with Glen - Babar the Elephant has always been top class when I've been. Curry Leaf was good and I always enjoy the Sultan as well.

I used to work in a butchers when I was a kid (true) and one day the lad I was working with bet me £50 that I couldn't reach the meat on the top shelf.

I refused the bet though, the steaks were too high.

Drum kit falls down a hill, ba-dum-chh!
