Well we desperately need someone with some pace and give the opposition defence something to do. :o

The exact wording on Teletext last night about Zola said something along the lines of "Zola is attracting the interest of another League Two club after turning down a loan move to Southend."

Zola would be excellent for the lone striker role to give us that luxury of playing all our best midfielders at once

even if we had a agreement with Crewe where we are not allowed to play him in the cups or against them

but its only rumour so far! i can see us being hit & miss till January then maybe look at shipping a few players off the wage bill to accommodate a permanent signing

Seems to have a few travelling issues which have put him off moving to Southend and now allegedly Bradford, too. He would be a welcome addition for the rest of the season, that's for sure!

Maybe this is a subject that The Bay could ask Sammy during Thursday's usual Press Day.

I'm sure that he would be a welcome addition to the squad, but it all depends on if Sammy rates the guy.

Zola on loan at Morecambe really???

Something must be wrong with this player is Dario would be interested in this player letting him go on loan?.

We do mainly play 4-5-1 And the last game with this formation Fleming behind Mullin was a good team performance.

What about the game vs Screws bury I think we should play same team with Mullin scoring and a good player in Jevons prepared to take over if he can.

I know we only got four center forwards with 2 of them in Spencer and Hendrie not yet good enough.

Why would Zola join Morecambe what for join the clubs does it meas first team football EM no

Zola would be third choice we got a proven center forward in Jevons and Mullin also looks brillant this season.

I think Zola should join a team where he'll get first team football or change his attitdude why because this is why Dario wants him gone on loan remember seeing him last season with Crewe and Zola looked good I remember championship teams wanting him last season Peterboro and the Crewe Chairman going ok you got 1million omg

If that was true his opinion on football would need to change

Signing Zola would give the club the buzz factor that we have been missing.

Justin Jackson had it.

Ian Cain had it

also I would get Zola on the back of my shirt

just thinking now, the only downfall with Zola is i think SM might think he is to similar to Mullin over 6ft and just a head the ball type of forward

and might be looking for somebody quicker and more agile on his feet

I'd have Mullin and Zola playing up front. They would be two tough opponents for defenders to handle and they would hate any crosses coming in. I think it would give duffy and Rundle a field day, both being good crossers of the ball.

Pace can be a nice thing, but we managed to get to 4th last season without much of it!!!

Morecambe oops is it morecombe vs Shrewsbury 1-0 i go for and I can not see us Shrimp's getting Zola on loan from Crewe why we got Jevons and a good start for Mullin
