Newport Prediction Thread.

Postby Sakhalin Shrimp » Mon Sep 07, 2015 12:31 am

Next up, bottom of the table Newport County.

I'll go for a 0-3 Shrimps win.

Mrs S is going 1-3.

Most certainly the biggest area of grass, but the goal posts are 10 yards away from the edge.. Carlisle is same length but 2 yards wider :geek:

Biggest is actually Leyton Orient 115 x 80 :o

Got to keep the victories going, the way we're playing. Another goalfest, with Shrimps coming out on top.

Newport 1 - 4 Morecambe

AN extra 500 home fans for the Northampton game, which we lose 1-0 (Don't lock that in yet Sakhalin! )

Got to be a good time to play Newport. I really hope Jim doesn't worry too much about conceding when we're scoring so freely. I think Newport will struggle to score anyway. They'll almost certainly have signed two or three players during the emergency loan window but hopefully not have time to bed in.

0-3 :D

With our attacking flair someone is in for a pasting.
It could be Saturday and I'm going 5 or 6 as Newport are poor and any newbies need to bed in.
IF we are serious play off candidates three points is a necessity, but I'd take one nil and batter someone at home to help bring the crowds in.

On current form this should be a hammering, we never make life easy though do we!

I don't think it'll be a 2 or 3 goal encounter, I think it'll be a 1 goal win or a goal flurry - my prediction has to be optimistic so...

4-0 Morecambe win please.

On the basis that they're in utter turmoil, been beaten by three goals by a shocking York side and are bottom of the League I'll go either:

Newport 1 Morecambe 0

Or

Newport 0 Morecambe 7 - after two Newport players sent off

Keith can choose.
