Taken the line of administration due to lack of funding like the rest of the country. They are hopeful to continue trading without staff losing their jobs. Signals the end of the traditional British summer holiday :(

My daughter won a 4 day stay at Pontins Prestatyn earlier this year which we took up as a family.

The chalets were absolutely MINGING. Not seen a decent clean since Noah of the Ark fame was a little lad.

Literally two minutes (if that) after we had let ourselves into our allocated chalet, some Pontins Rep. knocked on the door asking "is everything ok with the chalet?" before you have had chance to look around it properly etc etc.

The number of people we heard complaining at Customer Services was unreal !!

Went to Haven in Wales once when i was about 7, HATED it. Worst holiday i have ever had :lol:

I'll stick to the International holidays, Fueterventura here we come 8-)
