Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

Very good.

Updates appreciated - especially if there's an appearance by any young Mr Triallist.

Players on contract at a foreign club( and that includes Scottish, Welsh
and Irish, both southern and northern) would not be able to get
international clearance to take part in anysort of game during a
transfer window(except one behind "closed doors").

Only players without a contract (expired or "amateur" we call them non
contract,) can get clearance during a closed window.

Also transfer of contract players, can only happen during a transfer
window.

Also the loans of players from outside England are not permitted during
closed windows.

hope that helps :D

Looks like we are going to attack them with that strikeforce.

That is a team that could probably win the Football Conference which shows how good our squad is. Neil Wainwright would enhance it further.

IMHO young Cowperthwaite looks like he could be the next young player to progress and I am sure his Dad is pleased that he is learning his trade at a full-time professional club rather than a part-time club.

So I take it Darren Moss hasn't actually left the club then (looks like he played tonight in the reserves)? I assume he also isn't part of Sammys plans? If so why is he playing in the reserves? Does this not defeat the object of preparing players for the first team?

We already have a makeshift right back and Moss will need to keep fit.

Why does he need to keep fit? If Sammy isn't going to use him (which I think it is fairly obvious he isn't) then what is the point of him featuring in the reserves? Why not take the opportunity to give some young players some exposure to a higher level? Seems odd to me.

IMO if he ain't fit and not in the shop window then we won't be able to offload him either permanenty or on loan.
Thus we won't have the "wage" to spend on a replacement.
