Stadium & weather

Stadium & weather

Postby ezz » Sat Jul 24, 2010 8:15 pm

Can't imagine much work has been done with the last weeks worth of rain, if we were behind target with great weather this cant have helped. Hope it hasn't caused any more delays in terms of finishing things off but does anyone know if its been busy on westgate lately?
The rain may help the pitch, seeing as noone will be playing on it which is one positive!
Get over it ;)

Would think they would just carry on and do more indoors work but they do seem to be woking longer hours since the delay.

They have been working all through the night lately.

Had a look down yesterday pm. Didn't appear to be much going on outside, other than what looked like our match day stewards having a tour around the place. :?: :?: :?:

Although externally there looks a lot to do (mainly tidying up). I'm confident that it will be done in time. Only concern is how the open side is progressing which i was unable to see.

I hear that heated debate outweighs working hours down there

I went past about 12.30pm on saturday and very little if anything was going on there was one car parked near the gates and that was all.

Meanwhile Sainsburys and the travelodge seem to be working all hours as if I go past at 7.30p on a workday they are still working.
