Okey dokey!

Ever since I heard there were going to be brass bands, parades of ex-players etc I've been having this recurring nightmare.

When Ardiles and Villa signed for Spurs I went to both the first games they played (as well as a pre-season friendly tour).

The first was away at Forest when Spurs got a 1-1.

The second, myself and another Spurs fan (and ex-Morecambe player) Paul Gorst went down to a night match at White Hart Lane when the Argentinians were paraded on the pitch before the game, a local garage had given them a couple of cars which were driven onto the pitch, there was samba music and you couldn't move for tickertape.

Result - Spurs 0, Aston Villa 4.

I keep getting shivers about us losing this Saturday, Daggers drawing 1-1 at Darlo and Port Vale beating Shrewsbury 2-0.

There, I've said it.

:o
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

done the predictor again....think this is about the 20th time 8-)
try these
Chesterfield 1 Bournemouth 2
Darlington 2 Dagenham and Redbridge 1
Hereford 1 Rotherham 0
Morecambe 1 Aldershot Town 0
Northampton 0 Bury 1
Port Vale 1 Shrewsbury 1

4th Morecambe 73
5th Rotherham 73
6th Aldershot 72
7th Bury 71

of course this could change again tomorrow

I can't see Shrews getting anything at Port Vale, nor Bury at Northampton.

I can see Darlo holding Daggers to a draw.

But that would still require us to get that point or three!!
