seating arangments today

we went to our seats today we have sat there for the last five years. there was somebody sat in our seats that we reserved because we are season ticket holders. we got told we had to sit somewere else very upset ..

Why didn't the stewards ask the people in the reserved seats to move? Or did they?

Have you spoken to the club about it?

I am sure it is a mistake that can be easily rectified.

The Club realised and issued an apology over the tannoy around 10 minutes before kick off. If you want to claim your seat, ring the club with your details and seat number (if you know it) and they will sort it. If you dont want to do that or you dont know the seat number next home match see a steward who will sort it.

Bit of a cock up but can easily be sorted.
