Saturday pitch inspection

Will there be a pitch ispection on Saturday been out and about today and it's very icy also it's just started to rain a little bit which could cause problems because it will freeze over.

There's no point making any decisions now - there'll be an announcement towards the end of the week. Although given current weather, and forecasts, I'd be surprised if we're on.

the forecast is to stay dry very cold and some sunny intervals after today
i would have thought that blanket of snow which may have fallen on the pitch will be here for most part of the week
theres no further snow forecast here this week from the BBC 5 day forecast
id imagine it will be a close call
