Perhaps you could post that Sammy Mac celebration on a City forum?

If we have won, do you think they would do a limited run of the shirt, to celebrate :?:

I can claim 6 votes from me and some FB friends :) And I thought Christmas Eve couldn't get more exciting. It's Christmas, it's snowing, and now this!

Prepare yourselves for disappointment. Multiple votes may get removed and Umbro are City's current supplier so easy opportunity for it to get fixed. I hope so but don't hold your breath.

Anyone noticed that on the menu page of umbro.com there's a link to "The pics we've clicked" ... Morecambe band The Heartbreaks.

Fantastic result. The organisers seem to have taken it in good spirit, the city fans not so much, superb reference to posh's shameful admission, and to our internet organisation. Has anyone told Puma/Bench , I suspect there will be a little office giggling.

Well done everyone, now to more clips of us wearing the " Umbro kit of the decade"

To be fair, I actually think they took it in good stead, after all, there was some underhand tactics to achieve victory! They could quite easily have discounted the less subtle United votes, just enough for City to win, but didn't. At the end of the day, it was

a. A bit of fun
b. Stuck a load of extra traffic through their web site

which after all, was the whole point!

Hi Morecambe fans,

Meant to post this before Christmas, but didn't get chance until now. Just wanted to say congratulations on your efforts towards our Decade Of Kits poll, and well done on the victory! However, anyone accusing us of all being City fans, you're wrong! I'm a Preston season ticket holder, and we've got plenty of other teams represented here at Umbro.
All the best to Morecambe for 2010, would be great to see another Lancashire club doing well
