Taking ones self too seriously

I did that today and had a huge argument with someone.

Boy it was fun.

I got an apology but it kinda made me feel a bit bad, for 2 seconds.

I am usually known for my affability and my good naturedness but somebody told a little lie about me.

As my old mate Elton said once.

" Call me a fat old has been if you want just don't lie about me"
