Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

Hey.....hold on a minute.....I know of somebody far more suitable for the title.

He's positive....knowledgeable....never upsets anybody....constructive in thought....ever the eternal optomist....wears the colours with pride....never spreads rumour or gossip....non confrontational....a genuinely nice, all round guy

Guess who?

;) ;) ;)

Actually, at the risk of being acused of having a nose that is browner than if it had been pushed into a box of Phil's wife's chocolate brownies... I'd like to suggest a Morecambe Super Fan who would never actually win it but thoroughly deserves the title after many, many years of hard work behind the scene as well as a fair amount of 'money where mouth is'. He wouldn't win it because he's much more than just a 'Super Fan' and because of this he (and his colleagues) tend to go un-thanked too often.

My 'Super Fan' nomination (and thanks) would be...

stand up and take a bow...

The competition would have been better asking for nominations and then a vote. There's one or two people I know thoroughly deserve it but I doubt they'd ever think of putting themselves forward for it.

Only trouble with that kind of idea is that the 'nominated' person might genuinely not want to be nominated for their own reasons.

If anyone wanted to nominate someone and send their details in as requested, as long as it's clearly okay with them, I can't see the nomination being turned away.

I agree, I don't know anyone that would actually put themselves forward for that, it should of been nomination! I know someone that I would of nominated!
