Away turn out last night

Great turn out by morecambe fans last night - anyone got an idea of official figure (total crowd 5400) personally thought we had 1500 plus - great noise too even at 5-0 down

I'd say 1500 yeah, always great noise when we sing at Preston. Hopefully we can take a decent number to Burton, where it really counts!

Really can't be arsed counting heads on Gnasher's shot of our crowd (or the empty seats for that matter), but if they allocated us 1900 by the look of the empty seats it was certainly over 1400.

Lancs Evening Post said we took 1,500 which is excellent for the league cup.

Saw a lot of people there that i aint seen since wembley, all standing up every time the, stand up if you love morecambe song was sung, remind them in your local, or your place of work, we will have more dates at deepdale if they stick their heads in at christie once in a while.

Bit sad for the town that away teams chants seem to refer to us as , just a town of smackheads

Absolutely - my thoughts as well, as someone who has to deal with those type of scumbags it should be them getting cleaned out of town first then the place will start to look nice again.

it must be a concern to the club that we can attract such a large away following to preston burt cannot get these people to some of our home games.
