SHRIMPSCENE PROGRAMME

Postby mrpotatohead » Sat Aug 08, 2009 6:13 pm

Soorry to open a new thread on the programme, but I feel compelled to bring todays programme a bit of attention, Me and dad found it to be a really great programme, not just a team sheet full of adverts, and a credit to the people who produce it, we were also pleased to hear the pa system has been repaired and mark did nt sound like he was on helium like the barrow match

first game is always a popular day for programmes
on past experience we printed enough
each issue this season will be very collectable
and we will be doing out utmost to make it that way to pack each programme with quality
a £3 pint goes in a few gulps a programme stays with you
and is a great memento of the games this season our historic last season
cheer ssean
they did sell out by kick off and i hope they do each match day this season

Ditto what others have said.

Great programme - I usually end up having a read at home after the game.

Yup, well done Sean, excellent read.

I've managed to get hold of a second hand copy because they were sold out by the time I arrived at the ground, although admittedly, it was only a few minutes to three by then. Might be worth trying to find out what time they were sold out to aid with future print run numbers?

So how did that work out then?

cheers chaps
always a difficult one to gauge Keith but Neil usually has it absolutely spot on
we will monitor it im sure
think they sold out just before kick off which is great
get to the ground early is always a good message to soak up the prematch atmosphere
commentary was indeed midds and freez yesterday and excellent it was too
just working on the next one it never stops.... :D
some excellent stuff through from lawrence and we will be getting lots of the new lads features in coming issues too
thanks for feedback much appreciated

Just spent a pleasant hour reading Shrimps Scene. Well done Sean, it looks great and is full of interesting articles. A superb read and real quality.

One tiny little suggestion. Maybe you could mention to Gilly that he is writing for a football programme! Great free full page ad for him. ;) Maybe Ingrid could do us an article on colonic irrigation?
