Yes, it was a bit of disappointing performance yesterday. We were disjointed and struggled against a good League One team, who will no doubt do well this season. I've realised one good thing to come out of it though is Mark Lillis's old club are less likely to come to poach him from us after that showing, thank goodness! . Just imagine, what might have been if we had outplayed or beaten them . The game counted for nothing. It is about building fitness and trying things out. I'd rather we made mistakes now rather than when it matters. We have three more weeks and five more friendlies to play before it matters. Duffy impressed again. The pitch looked superb and it was great to be able to move between the North Stand, go into JB's for a jar, have chips'n gravy in the Paddock and bask in the Carwash sunshine . I enjoyed it.
