O/T ipod nano

Just about to launch this thing...how do you delete tracks from said device ?? doinmiedin

i usually delete all tracks from i tunes folder.....then plug ipod in....itunes then will delete ipod tracks ......unplug it......then start again importing tracks to itunes...fill it up then plug ipod back in...should say synching ipod ..probably the wrong long winded way of doing it but it works ...well untill i figure out the right way.....
